BAUER SUPREME 2SPRO SHOULDER PAD JUNIOR

The Bauer Supreme 2S Pro Shoulder Pads are an amazing option for the highly competitive hockey player looking for maximum coverage, protection, and mobility. One of Bauer's most advanced materials, Curv Composite, provides lightweight yet pro-level sternum protection against blocked shots and opponent sticks. Up in the shoulder caps, the 2S Pro's feature Poron XRD Foam protection. Upon big and heavy impacts, Poron XRD quickly absorbs the energy to keep the shoulder joint well protected and ready to take on the next big hit. The bicep guards utilize anatomically-shaped plastic and medium-density foam for shot and slash protection.

Lots of the remaining protection is comprised of Vent Armor Foam, a highly protective foam that also allows for some of the best breathability on the market and located in key impact areas. Down the spine, high-density molded foam covers a wide portion of the back and wraps closely around the lower ribs. Between the front and rear panels, high-density foam with a reinforcing plastic insert anatomically shapes over the shoulder to provide some of the best arch protection on the market. 

Bauer is introducing their AMP construction throughout the 2019 Supreme line to increase mobility and comfort for the player. AMP construction was implemented into the chest and bicep design for the 2S Pro Shoulder Pads. The frontside Vent Armor panels attach to one another with an elastic nylon connection for ultimate mobility while the Curv Composite sternum guard floats on top to keep protection covering the center of the chest. The AMP bicep guards are split into 2-pieces for extended range of motion, coverage, and comfort for the player when dangling or lining up their opponent for a big hit. The pieces are attached with vented mesh nylon to keep them connected while allowing for maximum breathability.

The rear panel is a full one-piece construction but the side Vent Armor Foam panels are independently connected for more mobility and even more airflow. The 2S Pro Shoulder Pads have a perforated foam base to maximize breathability underneath all of the amazing elite-level protection on top. Internally, they feature Bauer's Thermo Core liner, a premium design that does one of the best jobs at managing sweat, moisture, and odor-causing bacteria.
